Happy Gotcha Day Java!
Meet JAVA and her 7 pups (4 boys and 3 girls)! Java was found on a rural road on Friday, February 13 and taken in by a Good Samaritan. On the following Monday she began having puppies. Since her rescuer already had a litter of pups that she was already caring for, she could not keep Java and her pups so she contacted LFS, and we were more than happy to help. The puppies are now 3 weeks old and doing well, as is mom. We think Java is between 3-4 years of age. She is a happy, wiggly, sweet girl looking for a second chance at life.
PLEASE READ: We would like to thank everyone for their continued interest in Java’s pups. They all are doing well! The waiting lists for all of the pups are quite long. A lot can change in a few weeks, however they are likely all spoken for. As the pups become ready to go to their forever homes we will contact those folks on the waiting list in the order in which their applications/adoption requests were received. Thanks so much for your understanding!
The puppies will be available in a few weeks. In the meantime we have started a waiting list. To be added to the waiting list you need to submit an application and be approved for adoption. Please note that an application does not guarantee that a puppy will be available for you or that you will be able to choose exactly the puppy you want. When the puppies are ready for adoption we will contact the people on the waiting list.

Hi. Do you ship dogs?
Belle, we do not. We do adopt out of state, but adopters must drive to the Atlanta area to meet the dog so that we can make sure it is a good fit for all.

We already have a long waiting list for these little ones…but please keep your eye out for more puppies!
We have them come in fairly often. Our adoption fee for puppies is $375 with $100 refundable upon proof of spay or neuter.

How do I get on the list for javas puppies?
You first have to get approved so just click on the image that says “adopt” to start the process. Once you are approved we can add you to the list. Please note that we currently have a long list but you never know, three people who were on the list already backed down… Elena
