Happy Gotcha Day, Moose!

Meet MOOSE! Moose is a handsome, fun, 11 month old chocolate lab.  As his name implies, he is a big guy, weighing in at 67 pounds.  Moose is doing well in his foster home.  He is great with other dogs and children.  He has never seen a tennis ball that he will not chase; and the bonus is he brings it back everytime!  We feel Moose would do best in an active forever home.  He would love to have children/adults to cuddle up with and/or dogs to play with.  If you are looking for a sweet, friendly, goofy-boy, Moose is the one for you!

FOSTER UPDATE 9/14/16  Moose is a great pup who loves playing fetch with his ball.  He retrieves and drops the ball at your feet.  He knows  sit, stay and wait when his food is being prepared.  He is house broken and crate trained. Moose sleeps in his crate most nights but sometimes sleeps with us in the bedroom.  He is very active and loves playing with his foster brother so we think he would do best with another dog and/or active family.

Very interested in Moose. We have a 3 yr old daughter and a laid back 1yr old Cat thT we rescued. We are former Lab owners and unfortunately had to put down our 11yr old Yellow Lab that we had since he was 10 weeks old. It has been about 2.5 years ago and we are ready for another family member.

would you be interested in possibly donating Moose to K9s for Warriors in Ponte Vedra FL? We are a nonprofit that trains dogs for veterans suffering from PTSD/TBI post 911. All dogs live onsight and are trained here until they are assigned to their future warrior. If you would like further information on our program look at our website at http://www.k9sforwarriors.org
