Happy Gotcha Day Coco!
Meet COCO! She is Ethel’s mom. She is 2 years old and super super sweet. She is on the small side. She still has milk but that will go away slowly.
UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM: Coco is doing great in her foster home. She is super sweet and she follows me everywhere. She is doing great with my dog but she is not very playful yet as she is not feeling her best (she has a cold) but I expect her to start playing in a few days. She is just now discovering toys and it is very cute to watch her carrying a toy around. She is very easy going, potty trained and probably even house trained (although I do not like to take chances so I crate her when I am gone). She loves the couch and she would love to sleep on the bed with me if I let her. She is very sweet and I cant wait to see how her personality develops as she starts feeling a little better. Her coat is sun-bleached and her skin does not look so well right now. A couple of weeks to shed the lighter hair and on good food and she will be stunning with a dark soft chocolate coat.
UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM: Coco is doing great. Her coat is a lot better and a few extra pounds are great on her. She is very sweet and playful. We learn that Coco is great with other dogs AND cats and what she likes the most in life is to swimming. She loves kids but she is still learning not to jump up when she is excited so she needs kids that can teach her that jumping up is not allowed. She responds very well to corrections and she is food motivated which makes training her easy.
Hi, I wondered if Coco is still available for adoption? She is very beautiful and looks kind and loving. We live in Suwanee, GA – we have two children (ages 5 and 6). We have a one year old spaniel and a large fenced in yard. I grew up with labs and absolutely love them! We want a second dog, but would rather adopt than get a new puppy.
