Meet BLONDIE!! Blondie is a super sweet 3 year old female yellow lab. She has medium to high energy, a typical Labrador. Unfortunately Blondie is HW positive, so she will have to undergo treatment before she can be adopted. If you are able and would like to donate toward her treatment, please visit https://labradorfriends.com/donate/. Any and all donations are GREATLY appreciated!!
Foster Update:Blondie has finished her heartworm treatment and is resting in her foster home. We’re keeping her low key while she recovers but I’m sure she can’t wait to be running outside again. This sweet girl likes everyone. She got along with all of the dogs at adoption, a neighbor’s puppy, and even the cat. We’ve had Blondie around 4 small children and she’s been nothing but a happy face and wagging tail. She is so easy going that I can’t imagine she’ll be around long.
Foster Update: Blondie is so happy to be out of boarding! She ran all around exploring her foster home, but has now settled down with her foster brother for a rest. She is a sweet little girl at about 50 pounds. She likes other dogs but isn’t interested in playing with them or with toys. She is good on the leash after she’s had a chance to run around and burn off some energy. She likes to hang out close to people and “give hugs” but we’re working on not jumping on people. Blondie is heartworm positive and will be going through treatment soon, which means a few weeks of rest, but she’s ready for adoption now!
