Happy Gotcha Day Forrest!
MEET FORREST: Forrest is one of the boys in the Nature Pups litter who just came to LFS. You can read about them below:
“Momma Autumn and the “Nature Pups” just arrived, have received clean bills of health from the vet, and are ready to go to fosters or forever homes. Autumn is about 1-2 years old and was a great mom to her babies, and now they can all start their new lives. The puppies are 8 weeks old and happy, adorable babies. There are 4 boys (Hunter, Canyon, Forrest, and Cedar) and 1 girl (Willow). Stay tuned as we get these pups in foster homes and find out more about their personalities.”
Foster Update 11/10: Two nights trying to get Forrest to sleep and he got the idea on the second night that when it’s dark in the house we are supposed to be asleep. Only one accident and it was because we weren’t paying attention. He eats very well and loves to run around the yard. When inside he loves to engage Phoebe the foster-nanny dog. He certainly found his voice. Forrest is very trainable especially with food as we work on come, sit and paw commands. He also picked up inside and outside com ads from following our two other dogs we adopted from LFS. He can occupy himself with stuffed toys that squeak and chews happily on nylon bones. He is going to make some family very happy when he goes to his forever home.
