MEET HANSEL!! Hansel is a super handsome 4 year old chocolate lab. He was an owner surrender to LFS. Hansel is a very sweet, athletic boy who has a good bit of energy but isn’t too crazy. He loves to play fetch with the tennis ball and will play for a while if you let him. He would be a great running or walking partner for someone. Hansel is crate trained and actually loves his crate. He will even to sleep in it at night voluntarily. He gets along great with other dogs and people, but we are not sure about cats (his foster home and previous family did not have any cats). Hansel enjoys being with the family and hanging out around the house. He is a great dog who is just looking for a second chance at a forever family.
Hansel recently moved to his foster home where we hope to find out more about him and his personality. If you’d be interested in adopting Hansel, please visit labradorfriends.com/how-to-adopt to fill out an adoption application. As always, email us at labfriendinfo@gmail.com with any questions! Thanks!
Foster Update 11/15/2017: Hansel is absolutely wonderful. One of the sweetest fosters I have ever had. Housebroken, crate trained, knows sit. Wags his tail so hard his entire rear end wiggles. Makes a low moaning noise when you scratch him behind the ears. Loves to eat. Just wants to be next to you. Just a great dog.
