MEET MORGAN!! Morgan is a pretty and petite chocolate lab mix, around 1 year old. She and her brother Jack were rescued from a sad situation a few days ago. Morgan and Jack’s previous home had a yard that was not fenced in, and they were often allowed to roam and wander into their neighbor’s yard, through no fault of their own. Sadly that neighbor wasn’t very happy with this and threatened to shoot them, so the two innocent dogs were surrendered in order to save their lives. Now they have a second chance to find forever homes where they can’t roam and get into trouble!
Morgan and Jack appear to be mixed with maybe some Pointer or Weimaraner. Whatever they are, they both have super cute, big droopy ears and expressive golden eyes. Morgan is the smaller of the two at 43 pounds. She is a petite little girl who can be a little bit shy at first. She a well behaved girl and rode quietly in the car during her transport to GA. Morgan seems to love other dogs and seems to look to them for guidance. She may do better in a home with another dog to keep her company. Morgan is a sweet girl with a beautiful chocolate coat. She has been friendly with all people, but because she can be a little skiddish/shy at first, she may do better in a home with older children. We think she would make a great addition to a family looking for a young, medium sized dog. Stay tuned for updates!

I just filled out an adoption application regarding Morgan. She managed to tug at my heart strings, as my wife and I have a chocolate lab rescue and I used to have 2 vizslas (who passed away). I would love to learn more about Morgan and possibly set up a meet and greet to see if she would make a great partner in crime with our dog Molson.
Casey, Once your application is processed would be able to do a meeting.
