MEET MR MAX W.!! This adorable 1 year and 4 month old boy finds himself looking for his forever home. Max W. Was an owner surrender into a shelter because his dad has cancer and can no longer care for him. Max W. is a BIG Gentle Giant. He will be neutered in the coming days and then will be ready to find his forever home.

Foster Updated 03/02/2021: I picked Max up this afternoon and what a love bug! He is definitely bigger than he looks in pictures, weighing in at 75 pounds. He is your stereotypical lab, 1.5 year old. Max walks around the house just as happy as can be, looking for attention or someone to play with. He was awesome in the car. He spent a good portion of the drive trying to figure out what windshield wipers are. Max has only gone to the bathroom in the back yard so it seems that he is house trained. It doesn’t seem like he has had much training so far but responds well to correction and has already learned sit tonight. Max still hasn’t figured out his size so he would do best in a house with older children that he will not be able to knock over. He would also love to have a 4 legged friend to play with and a owner that is willing to work on basic commands.
