Over the years, she helped bring other rescued family members into the pack and show them the ropes. We remember her daily.  She was such a great family member. 

Her nickname was “Cookie Monster” as she never let us  forget it was meal time. We joke that her brothers need to learn to remind us of supper time now as we missed giving them supper a couple times.  (Only by a few hours). She loved traveling to our acreage, was a great traveler and always enjoyed hanging out with us and our grandkids.With covid, KC and I started working from home which allowed us to be with Caley full time her last year. 

It was great to have her sleeping under our desks during the day. It also allowed us to notice her struggles immediately and we were able to help her more. Joint pain was managed with medications but cancer ultimately took her.
