Happy Gotcha Day Buford!
Meet Buford, he just joined the LFS family with her 3 siblings! We estimate these pups to be around 8 months old. They are all as sweet as they can be Unfortunately they were found in a ditch on a dirt road in Alabama at 6 – 8 weeks old A wonderful lady has been fostering them since but needed some help finding these sweet babies their forever families! How could we say no?!
Update: Buford, like his brother Sampson, did wonderfully at his first adoption event! He definitely is a brewery kind of boy! He especially enjoyed sneaking a sip of beer when his foster dad looked the other way .Buford enjoyed all the attention as you can see! He did great with all the people, kids and other dogs that came by! Buford is the best boy that will make a great addition to most any home!
Update 8/17/24: We brought Buford home from the event Saturday to foster and he has been great to have around. Buford is a large 8 month old puppy at 76 lbs. So far he seems to be potty trained and he did great in a crate when we are not at home. He absolutely loves playing with toys and carries them around the house all day long. He does seem to be a little nervous with loud noises but he gets use to it after a few times he hears them. When we are just sitting down watching tv or something, Buford will either relax with us or grab a toy and play with it himself. We have 2 dogs of our own and Buford does great with them and follows their lead. Buford’s favorite thing to do is splash around in the puppy pool we have set up in the yard. He is definitely a water dog!
