Happy Gotcha Day Angel!
Momma Angel and Pups
We have begun selecting names for everyone and felt “Angel” was the most fitting for this proud momma. This beautiful girl was found roaming in South Georgia heavily pregnant. After arriving to the kill shelter, she gave birth to 8 beautiful, healthy pups. 3 black females, 3 black males, 2 chocolate males. The shelter reached out to LFS as the knew a shelter was no place for this precious new family.
She is being the best new momma, nursing and cleaning them. She is extremely friendly and is okay with us handling and touching puppies. We don’t know what the puppies are mixed with but they are all very healthy.
So far Momma Angel seems to be house trained, leash trained, good with cats, kids and seems to be good with other dogs. She can sometimes be wary of them. Most likely because of her puppies but she has not shown any aggression signs! She’s a huge cuddle bug and would do great in any kind of home!
Momma and the pups will be ready mid-January! We have started a waiting list for them. Please respond to you approved application email to join the wait list!
