Happy Gotcha Day Ace.
This is Ace! This is the cutest lab mix you will ever see. Ace is a 1 year old male and is very good with other dogs. Ace is a super fun dog. He is small and very athletic. He has an amazing nose and he would be great for anyone looking for a dog to have fun with doing agility or nose work. He is the perfect size (around 40 pounds), has the cutest face, and the most fun personality. Honestly I think he is the cutest dog we have right now.
UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM: Ace is doing great in his foster home. He is very attached for his foster dad and follows him everywhere. He is starting to relax and he loves attention more and more. He is a very sweet boy. He likes to be outside and run around. He still need to gain some weight but he is on the right track. He is just such a fun dog.
I was wondering how much Ace weighs, and if he would be a dog who would require a fence. I am a college student and currently living in an apartment.
Ace is not very big. Around 40-50 pounds. He is very active and fairly high energy. He would probably do better with a fenced yard.
It breaks my heart that Ace is still not adopted. I notice that the foster mom says he’s starting to relax. Are there behavioral issues? Is he house trained? I have a decent-sized, fully fenced yard with a doggie door that allows my dog to go in and out as she pleases (important on days I need to go into the office). What is this sweet boy’s background?
He is a great boy. He is a little high energy and we have learned that he does not like the crate. He will need a home where humans are home a lot which is what he really likes.
