Meet ANDERSON! Anderson is a beautiful 2-3 year old yellow boy who is the newest addition to LFS. He is a super sweet lab and has captured the hearts of everyone at the vet’s office. He knows sit and shake already and would probably learn other commands fairly quickly. He is settling in to his foster home as we speak, so keep checking back for more info on this handsome man! Anderson is unfortunately heartworm positive and will begin treatment. If you’d like to donate to his care, please visit https://labradorfriends.com/donate-2/.
If you’re interested in adopting Anderson, please visit labradorfriends.com/how-to-adopt to fill out an application or email labfriendinfo@gmail.com if you are already approved 🙂
Foster Update 08/13/2016: Anderson has been with me a week now. He is super sweet. He follows me all over the house and is never far away. His potty training is going well; no accidents in 4 days. When he wants attention he’s like a little bulldozer. He will move everything out of the way to climb in to your lap for hugs. And he’s incredibly strong for such a small dog! We’ve come to a standoff when he locks his back legs and won’t back off. He’s stopped jumping on people and loves to chew on his Kong style fire hydrant toy. He’s been crate trained and doesn’t fight me when I need to crate him. From time to time he’ll go sleep in his crate on his own, but his favorite place to sleep is with me. All around, he’s a great dog and ready to find his forever home.
