Casper is a very sweet and friendly 1 year old boy! He’s a favorite at the kennel where he’s staying until he finds a foster or forever home! His temperament is your typical sweet, goofy lab puppy. Casper would do well with an active family who will give him attention, exercise, training and a whole bunch of love!
