MEET MISS EMMA! This adorable 5 year old Miss Emma finds herself looking for her forever home. Say hello to the amazing 5 year old Emma. Emma is just the sweetest girl and has no idea why she is now homeless. Her family brought her to the shelter on 02/27. They said she had lived with a Dachshund for 2 years and for no reason the owner could figure out snapped at it, We do not know what caused the scuffle but most dog owners know these things can happen. The former owners said she is good with other dogs and kids of all ages but not cats so maybe size could be the issue. Who knows? Emma is said to be house trained, is likely already spayed, tested negative for heartworms and micro-chipped and current on vaccines. She loves to play ball and could use some exercise to lose a few pounds because she weighs in at 115 pounds. Miss Emma will be starting her diet today. She is in need of a foster home until her forever home is found.
