Happy Gotcha Day Gunner!
Meet GUNNER! Gunner is a 1 year old AKC chocolate boy whose family found they didn’t have time for an energetic lab. He is a big boy, but he is good with other dogs & people. He is housetrained & crate-trained, & does well on a leash. He has had basic obedience training but since his family didn’t have much time to reinforce any of the lessons he learned, some guidance & leadership would be good for him. He’s very eager to please, he just needs a consistent owner who will commit to the exercise & care he needs. He’s a handsome boy!

My app had been approved in July 2014. Do we need to apply again and have another home visit?

You would need to redo an app, but not pay the app fee again. 🙂 And, no home visit.
I think he may already have a list of interested people, but let me confirm that.
