Happy Gotcha Day Gwen!

MEET GWEN!! This beautiful girl is a 5-6 year old chocolate female who just joined LFS. She was rescued from a kill shelter after being found as a stray, with no one coming to claim her. The people who found her reported that she is good with other dogs and appears to be good with cats as well. She’s a super sweet girl just looking for a second chance! Because she’s a new addition, we’re still learning about this beauty and her personality, but check back for updates soon!

GWEN UPDATE: Gwen is such a lovely girl. She must’ve had an owner at some point because she is well mannered and knows some commands. She knows sit and shake, and she loves to play fetch. When you first start to play, she bounces up and down and does a little happy dance! Gwen will bring the ball back to you and even knows drop it! She’s super friendly and wags her tail all the time. Gwen is being treated for an ear infection right now but is the perfect patient. She was great for her bath and is feeling fabulous. Gwen gets along well with other dogs, and we’ve been told she’s good with cats as well. She’d make the perfect addition to any family!Gwen is still looking for a foster home!
