Happy Gotcha Day!!
Meet Mr Hootie. He is a gorgeous 2 years old black black. Hootie’s family circumstances have changed and they need to find a new home for him where he can get the attention he deserves. Hootie is super sweet with people and kids. He is a big boy: he is 100 pounds now although he is a little overweight. His idea weight should probably be around 85-90 pounds. While Hootie is currently living with another dog, he is slightly dominant so proper introduction to other dogs will be key for him. He should not go into a home with another dominant male. He is; however, good with cats. Hootie also has AKC papers.
I am interested in Hootie. I have had 3 labs in the last 24 years ~ Molly, Alley, and Georgia ~ Georgia is 3 and was actually my son’s puppy I raised for him while he was in college ~ she just went to live with him in August now that he is in a house (not an apartment) and got a job after graduation).
My elderly chihuahua died Oct. 10th ~ I have an indoor cat.
Mary Ann, I saw you submitted an application. That is great. One of us will get back to you within a couple of days. If not please email me at labfriendinfo@gmail.com

My husband and I have had 3 labs in our 32 years of marriage. Molly, Alley, and Georgia. All of them were/are black females. Georgia is now 3; I raised her for my son, who was in college. We went to obedience school together. She just went to live with him in August (he graduated and got a job).
My 10 1/2 year old medically fragile chihuahua, Pepper, died October 10th – just 10 days ago. I have an indoor cat (a 5 year old declawed rescue).
I am interested in adopting Hootie.
I am a Retired Marine and my wife and I have had several Labs over the years. Pete, Max, and Cisco. We have a large fenced yard in Crystal River, Florida. I would love to have more information about Hootie.
Medical History if available .
AKC Papers?
