Happy Gotcha Day Howie!
MEET HOWIE!!! Howie is 8-10 months old and 47lbs of playful, sweet puppy! He ended up at shelter as a stray and no one came to claim him. Howie has typical puppy energy and would be a perfect running or hiking buddy. He already knows to sit and lay down when told, and rides beautifully in the car! Howie does great with other dogs and just wants a home to call his own.

Foster update 01/28/2018: Howie joined us yesterday and boy did he and Kringle (our other foster) hit it off from the get go! I don’t think they’ve left each other’s side yet. They played non-stop yesterday and have spent most of today recovering (a.k.a. resting up for round 2 ). Howie slept great in his crate last night and didn’t make a peep. No accidents in the house either – way to go Howie! Look how cute these two boys are. Our favorite picture so far is of them patiently waiting for breakfast this morning. Who can resist those sweet faces and that head tilt?!
