Happy Gotcha Day Jake & Copper!

 

MEET JAKE! Jake is a beautiful 20 month old yellow lab who is AKC registered. He & his brother Cooper have lived together in a loving home until their family had to make the painful decision to re-home them when the financial impact of the pandemic changed their circumstances. Both are happy, friendly labs who are good with people, children (they lived with three) & other dogs. They have never been apart but could probably be separated, although they’d both like another dog companion.

 

Jake is the yellow one & he’s the more active of the two. He’s smart & knows a few tricks, & he’s very alert. Jake will chase a ball as long as anyone will throw it, & he’d make a great dog for an active family. He’s not hyper but he is more high-drive than Cooper & would love hiking & swimming. Jake is neutered & house trained; he sleeps quietly in a crate at night. Some leash training would be beneficial for Jake but overall he’s a great dog.
