MEET MR MAXWELL: Mr Maxwell is estimated to be about 7 years old. Maxwell is very calm and not food motivated. He would be a perfect companion for someone who wants a chill buddy. He will be getting a dental soon. He is Heartworm positive so we will be starting the Heart treatment.https://labradorfriends.com/do
* Maxwell is in the middle of his HW treatment so he needs to be adopted by local (Atlanta) families to be able to finish treatment with the same vet.

Foster update 03/24: Maxwell has settled in at his foster home and is doing well! He’s excited to start his day and greets me with a wagging tail, hoping for that first walk! He’s very happy to go on walks or just to be outside and loves everyone he meets. He is very laid back and is a wonderful companion, just content to be near his people.He still gets upset at loud noises so he would do best in a quieter home. He is just an awesome guy and will be a great pet in his forever home!
Foster update 03/14 : He’s really coming out of his shell and is a great companion. It’s so nice to see his tail wagging all the time! He loves being outside and walks well on a leash. And he’s getting along with our other dog. He startles easily at loud noises and is not at all food motivated.
