Happy Gotcha day sweet Michelle.
Meet Michelle. She was saved from a kill shelter in south Georgia. She is around 1 year old. She is super sweet, friendly and very submissive. She is good with other dogs and kids. She curious about cats. She walks well on leash. She is just so cute and happy, with a lovely happy personality. Sweet Michelle also appears to be good with cats. When we tested her, she sniffed the cat and moved on.
UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM:Michelle, “Shelley”, is a typical Labby Lab. She is 1 yr old and such a loving dog…and she is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! She was a little anxious on our car ride home to her new foster home but she did awesome! Once we got home, she fit right in with our two other labs. “Shelley” is super sweet, loving and wants to play! She will chase the ball and LOVES her chewy bones. She has been so great with my kids too, she loves to be pet and loved on. I think that she would also do better in a home with a fenced in yard, as I have seen her trying to scope out the fence, to see if she can explore other areas outside the fence. She really would make a great family pet…both a home with or without another dog. Michelle appears to be housebroken.
Beautiful girl! We are looking to adopt a ‘puppy’. We have a cat and 2 horses and live on a small farm. We prefer and inside dog who will get plenty of opportunity to be outside (but in at night). Is she noisy (barking)? OK with cats?
She is not noisy. I dont know about cats but we can try to find out.
We tested michelle with cats and she did awesome. She sniffed the cat and then moved away. Elena
