Meet REBEL! He is a brindle 4 months old and from the litter of puppies that just arrived from MS. Rebel and his siblings were unfortunately turned into a shelter by their owner. They are all very scared and unsure right now. But already in a foster home where  will slowly begin to trust people and know what it’s like to be loved. Stay tuned as we learn more about them.
