Happy Gotcha Day Rocky!
MEET ROCKY!!! Rocky is a 1 year old lab / border collie mix who weighs 58lbs. He was left at a north Georgia shelter with his brother, Dennis, (stay tuned to meet him!) by his owner. He was so traumatized in the shelter that he laid on the floor and would not get up to walk. When we saw the condition he was in we knew we had to bring him into the LFS family. Even with all he’s been through, he has the most wonderful temperament and gives the sweetest doggie kisses. Rocky is now at our vet’s office where over the next few days he will be getting his vaccines and neutered. He’s also had a MUCH needed bath. The poor guy was absolutely filthy and had quite a few large ticks on him. He gets along with other dogs and is good with kids. Rocky will be ready for a foster or forever home later this week.
