Happy Gotcha Day, Sebastian!
Meet Sebastian. This handsome boy was found on the side of the road by a good samaritan. After multiple attempts to find the owner she turned him in to us to be re-homed. Sebastian he is handsome one year old. He is very sweet and gets attached to people quickly. He is the typical one year old lab, with energy to spare. Sebastian loves to play, whether it’s playing catch, going on a jog, or spending time with a new friend (canine or human). He is house broken and not destructive in the least. He does love to be around people and even understands that young kids require a gentle paw. He also is great in a car, on a leash or just to snuggle up with. He has a big appetite but is in no way food aggressive! He knows how to sit, shake and lay down, although when he is extra excited he has the tendency to jump. He also gets along with cats and every size and shape of dog. He is a very confident pup who would be a natural leader. He has a very long life ahead of him as he is only about 1 to 1 & 1/2 years old. This dog would be an excellent companion for anyone who is very active (jogging, hiking, etc) or for a loving family who can cater to his very natural Lab energy.
I am interested in meeting Sebastian for possible adoption. I have put an application in with your organization. I am looking for a lab to be a family pet. Sebastian is a great looking dog.
I can’t tell where I can go to meet him.
Others that I saw include Disney Pup and Loki.
Please tell me how I might meet the dog(s).

You can always meet all of our available dogs at one of our adoption events or once you are approved, we can set up a private appointment for you to meet a specific dog that you are very serious about. We lost our yellow Lab “Deputy” a couple years ago, and miss him very much. My wife Mimi and I have talked about getting another Lab (hopefully a yellow). I have been watching your facebook posts, along with a rescue in Maine. I live in far northern Wisconsin, ( Land O’ Lakes) and am wondering if you adopt to family’s this far from your Atlanta operation. Or, Possibly you can put me in touch with a rescue closer to our home. A little about us, we live on a lake, and have 7 plus acres of wooded property here. We are in our 70s but still moderately active, so we are hoping to get a dog 3 to 4 years old. We don’t have any other pets at this time, however Mimi is a cat lover, and if the opportunity came up, a cat may appear here. We have 2 granddogs, a Greyhound and a Pug. Our daughter is a Vet tech at an emergency animal clinic in the Milwaukee area.
Hi Tom, we do adopted anywhere in the US but AS LONG as you are willing to drive to Atlanta GA to pick up the dog. We do not ship dogs. I think this would be a long drive for you but let me know if you would be willing to do it. We are very interested in meeting Sebastion. I live in Cumming with my sister and brother. We have two cats and recently said good bye to our Lab mix,Gus. He was not only a friend but our protector as well. My brother is handicapped and felt safer with Gus in the house when we were at work.
Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and Sebastian would have lots of friends here, as many of us walk together.
Thank you for letting us know if he is still wanting a home after meeting the people who have already contacted him.
