Meet BROWNIE! Brownie is a pretty 7 year old girl whose owners unfortunately had to give her up due to being allergic. Brownie has gone through obedience training and is a well-mannered girl. She enjoys taking walks, playing fetch, and riding in the car. She does well with children and really loves having her belly rubbed. Brownie will be a great addition to any family. Be sure to check back in the coming days for updates as we learn more about her.

Brownie is a gorgeous chocolate girl who wants nothing more than to give you her love. I wish you all could see her rich chocolate color and how beautiful miss Brownie truly is, but the pictures don’t do her justice. (She’s also very hard to catch on camera). Brownie is 7 years young, meaning she’s already house broken and crate trained and is out of the chewing stage. She would make a great companion for someone who wants a mostly laid back dog but who still loves to chase a ball in the yard. She enjoys going for walks and lounging in the sunshine when it’s not too hot out.
We think Brownie would do best in a home with either a submissive dog or in a home with no other pets, as it takes Brownie a while to warm up to new dogs. She is NOT good with cats. Please don’t think less of her for it, she’s just a beautiful princess who needs a special “castle” to call her own.

Yes Brownie is still available. She is house broken and has been through obedience training. If you would like to meet her please go ahead and fill out the adoption application. Once you are approved you can set up an appointment to meet her since you can’t make it to adoption day Saturday. If you have any other questions please let us know.
