Happy Gotcha Day Chester!

MEET CHESTER. The staff at the vet’s office said that an older gentleman surrendered him with great reluctance. He said the “Chester is perfect dog but he is kept in a cage all day because no one is home to exercise him..Not fair to the dog..” Chester is a clown, very expressive face. Very strong. Looks like he has had some training. But he is a happy dog and seems to have a zest for life. Stay tuned while we find out more about him.
