Meet Chipper Chipper is a 1-year-old Black Lab + Styrian Coarse-Haired Hound mix who’s searching for a home to help him come out of his shell. He’s dog-friendly (he did great with my pups this morning!) and has such a sweet spirit—he just needs a little time to feel safe around new people. He’s still figuring out the world around him. Things like stairs, being indoors, and spending time in a kennel are all brand new, and understandably a bit scary right now. Because of this, Chipper will thrive with a confident, steady owner who can provide guidance, consistency, and reassurance as he learns.
Right now, he’s a bit unsure—but underneath it all is a loving dog with so much potential. With patience, structure, and kindness, Chipper is sure to blossom into a loyal and devoted companion
