Happy Gotcha Day Cooper!
MEET COOPER!! This adorable 6 month old boy finds himself looking for a forever home after his previous family could no longer give him the time and attention he needed. Cooper is a purebred Dudley lab, and he is your typical, happy-go-lucky, very energetic lab puppy. He is super playful and would probably love another doggie buddy to play with. Cooper has already started learning commands, like sit and stay, but could definitely use some more obedience training and practice walking on the leash without pulling. He is reported to have been making good progress with potty training and was previously crate trained. While Cooper has not previously been around children, he has a friendly personality and would likely do well with older kids (small children may accidentally get knocked over). He currently weighs 46 lbs and still has some growing to do. Cooper rode well in the backseat of the car for an hour and a half and just plopped down for a nap the whole time. He also did great for his bath and didn’t mind the water, so maybe swimming could be in his future. Cooper will be neutered in the coming days and then will be ready to find his forever home.
