Happy Gotcha Day, Haystack!
MEET HAYSTACK ! These two handsome boys, Cry Baby (cream) and Haystack (red) are both about 5 years old and ready for a new start in life. They were recently rescued from a neglect case and ended up at the shelter together. While these boys have lived together before, they are not dependent on one another and would do fine individually. Cry Baby and Haystack are both rather overweight and will be starting diets immediately to help get in shape and provide some relief for their joints. We will need foster homes for these boys as soon as they have their vet check-ups and are given the all clear. Update 06/25: Haystack is doing well and working on his beach body. He is a very timid boy, but is opening up slowly. We’ve been taking him on walks each morning and it seems to be a new activity for him. He is very reticent about going outside and we don’t know if it’s new & scary to him, or if he spent too much time outside and wants to stay on his cushy dog bed.
