Meet Montana
Montana is estimated to be a 1.5 old. We pulled him from a kill shelter in South Georgia where he was at the top of the list Montana is still a little unsure but warming up quickly. He is a shy, submissive boy that does well with other dogs and on a leash.
Montana is a light HW positive but has already received his first round of treatment and is ready to go home to his forever family! He will require 3 more office visits with our vet to finish out his treatment but we will cover the expenses!

Meet our newest “personality recruit”… Precious Montana!
Montana arrives this tomorrow, and we couldn’t be more excited!
We are rescuing him from a South Georgia kill shelter after meeting a dedicated volunteer who refused to give up on him. After three months of waiting, we were finally able to say yes!
At just 1½ years old, Montana (a little nervous at first) loves people, gets along great with other dogs, and has already won over our hearts.
Montana did test a light heartworm positive. So, we’ll begin treatment immediately but after his first vet visit, he’ll be ready for adoption while he continues his road (3-4 months) to recovery.
We can’t wait to help this sweet boy start the life he’s always deserved. Stay tuned for updates—and maybe his forever family is reading this right now!
