Happy Gotcha Day Scarlett!

MEET SCARLETT!! This adorable girl is about 6 months old and one of the newest additions to LFS. She is super sweet, loves other dogs, and does well with kids! Scarlett was found as a stray and never reclaimed, so now it’s time for a second chance at a forever home. She is doing well with potty training so far.

Foster Update 07/27/2020: Scarlett is a super sweet, affectionate girl with an excellent disposition. She loves to run and play with our dogs in the backyard and still has a good bit of “puppy energy”. She’s a smart girl but not completely potty trained yet, although she’s close. We’ve been crating her at night and whenever we are gone and she has not had any accidents in her crate. She does well during car rides and enjoys going for walks, although she needs some work on her leash skills as she tends to pull (just like a lot of labs so not super surprising).  Scarlett is petite girl with a lean build and we guess she’ll probably be a medium size dog. Not to state the obvious or anything but could those ears be any cuter?!  She loves attention and is great with kids. Would you like to make her part of your family?

Foster Update 07/09/2020: boy it’s exhausting being a puppy. So much to see and do. I’m having fun at my foster home with the kids and their dog but am really hoping to find my forever home soon. I have been really good with not having accidents in the house (getting close to perfect) and I wasn’t scared at all of the fireworks. I’m super smart too. I’ve already learned how to sit and am starting to learn some other tricks too. Though I love to play and be silly, I also love to snuggle up and cuddle. Can you help me find a forever home?

Foster Update 07/07/2020: “I just moved into my foster home. I love being able to run around and chase balls. I sometimes even bring them back to the human who throws them. I’m also enjoying just laying around in the AC and relaxing. All of these humans have been giving me so much love and attention…the kids are the most fun to be around. My foster mom keeps calling me a good girl just because I’ve been good so far about only doing my business outside. I’m still feeling a little bit shy and checking things out but am so happy to be in a loving home.”
