Happy Gotcha Day Scout!
Meet Scout
Scout is a typical 7 month old puppy with typical puppy energy. He wasn’t with his family long before they changed their mind. LFS swooped in because we knew this boy deserved better than living in a shelter again. He will need some brushing up on house training and basic training. He gets along well with all people and dogs!

Foster Update on Scout : Scout is playful, cuddly, and has a surprisingly calm side for his age. He loves roughhousing with other dogs big or small, so he’d do great in a home with a playful pup.
He’s crate trained (but whines when left alone), sleeps through the night cuddled up with his foster family, and has been accident-free after learning the ropes of our home.
Scout loves car rides, making new friends, and feeling the wind in his hair. He’s still working on his leash manners and can be a bit jumpy when excited, but he’s a very sweet boy with a big heart.
Foster Update on Scout : Scout is an affectionate, goofy boy who loves nothing more than cuddling up on the couch after a day of fun. He’s house and crate trained, and he’s learned so much from his foster brother. Scout is a social pup who goes to the dog park almost every day—he gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves greeting all the human friends too!
He would thrive in a semi-active home with kids and other furry playmates. Whether it’s running in the yard or snuggling up for a movie night, Scout is just happy to be part of the action. He’s truly a great boy and ready for his forever family!
Update: Scout LOVES day care and does so well! He still hopes he will find his forever family at the adoption event this weekend! Scout is great with people and would love to have another 4 legged friend to play with in his forever home!
Update on Adoptable Scout
This goofy, lovable 7 month old pup is just beginning to discover what it means to be a dog—and he’s having a blast learning! Scout is full of playful energy and enthusiasm, and while he’s still working on his puppy manners (like polite greetings and not jumping up for attention), he’s making great progress every day.
He’s learning how to be respectful with other dogs, though he still gets a little too excited sometimes. With continued guidance, he’s sure to grow into a well-mannered companion. Scout would thrive in an active home with older kids who can keep up with his bouncy personality. He’d also love a doggy sibling to play and burn off energy with!
If you’re looking for a silly, spirited pup to grow with and share adventures, Scout might just be your perfect match!
